Getting back in the saddle

This is a figurative saddle of course because I’ve been back on my bike for quite awhile now. 🙂  I want to get back to writing here regularly but I don’t really know the direction I want to take this blog.  I don’t want it to be super personal, but I don’t want it to be 100% I swam this, I biked that and I ran this.  I do know that I want to go back and recap several races, plus I want to get back to doing my weekly training logs so that is where I’ll start. Even though it’s not going to be all personal, don’t think you won’t see lots of the boys!

Recently my schedule has changed up and given me more flexibility so I hope that will allow me to make time to sit and write several days a week.  We took a leap of faith and I quit my office job to focus on our business.  For the last 13 months I was running a business, working in an office 3 days a week, trying to train, be a good wife and mom and honestly felt stretched too thin at times!  My desire to blog again was always there, I just had no idea where to squeeze it in. My schedule from day to day will vary and sometimes changes last minute (like days where you end up having to each lunch in the car between appointments) but I think I’ll be able to get in a few posts a week.

Over the next few weeks I plan on getting into a new routine as I will be spending more time at the business and more time training (half Ironman training will be in full force!) So until I figure out what direction I want to take this blog, be prepared for several race recaps coming your way!
