Thoughtless Thursday- More Coffee, Please

I didn’t sleep well last night so I’m not really forming proper thoughts today.  There were two reasons that I did not sleep well.  The first is because we have new neighbors behind us and for some reason they like to leave their flood light on in the backyard and it shines right into ours (and Brice’s) bedroom windows.  Colin is going to go nicely ask them to turn it off, but I have a feeling something like this might go down. The other reason that I did not sleep well is because I was awoken in the very early hours of the morning by a stinky butt in my face.  Thankfully it wasn’t Colin’s butt, just the mini version of him.  I’m convinced that he somehow had cow’s milk at daycare yesterday (even though they promise they didn’t give him any) and the end result was not good.  Don’t worry, I don’t have any pictures for you here.

The good news is that Saturday is RACE DAY!!  The weather is looking iffy.  High of 90, low of 76 but a 50% chance of rain.  Hopefully that means it will be overcast and the thunderstorms will hold off until the afternoon.  The humidity is going to be ridiculously high no matter what, but that’s expected.  I’m hoping for a repeat of a few weeks ago!  I’m starting to get in to a good routine and finally have this whole work/exercise/Brice thing figured out so expect to be hearing from me more starting in the next week or two.  I know, don’t get TOO excited!
